You can download as many as you wish, however they will download in a queue, so first you choose will download first and so on. They are small files so will not take long to do.

Because your download rate maybe slow or there are to many people downloading it at the same time. The halo reach game is a big file so it will take several hours to download. If you dont want your Xbox on all the time, you can enable background download. This will tell your xbox to sleep but keep downloading the file and when done, shut down the console. This is located in the console settings.

It's a large file and your sense of time could be why you feel it is so long a download time. I downloaded a game yesterday and the time was 19 minutes. So we looked at LittleBigPlanet add ons and also downloaded the Ratchet and Clank costumes. You can always check the download progress and see how it's progressing. That will also allow you to learn what activities will pause the download
