A democracy must be based on a free and fair election where those currently in power have a fair chance of losing . In a Free and fair election people are free to elect their representatives on their own decision , people are not forced to vote a particular person .

Everybody who wants to vote and who is eligible under the law to vote, is allowed to vote for the candidate of their choice without threat or compulsion.
