If you do not use good grammar, it makes it much more difficult for me to understand your question. I have skipped over a number of questions that I probably could have answered if I could have understood what the questioner wanted to know. If I do not know what you want, I can not give it to you. There are enough questions that I can understand that I will simply go ahead and answer them. I will spend my time working with those people who took the most time to prepare their questions and make them understandable. You will discover the same holds true in life. The people who speak correct English and are the most articulate are the ones who get the promotions if all other things are equal. I answered your question because I have seen such appalling grammar, spelling, and phrasing of questions that I hope others will look at this answer and make an attempt to learn proper English. I can not answer a question that I do not understand.
