If the Guinea Pigs are in the same enclosure together (this answer assumes that they are) then separate them. If you only have Guinea Pig enclosure, consider buying a divider panel (however, make sure each Guinea Pig still has enough room). If you currently don't have a divider panel, a wall made from cardboard should do the trick. However, the Guinea Pigs may chew on and destroy the cardboard wall, so it's best to get a divider panel as soon as you can. I hope this answers your question.
Your Guinea Pig might feel like the other guinea pig is coming into it's area
Most likely
If your guinea pig isn't eating - he/she needs to see a vet NOW. Guinea Pigs can go very quickly & not eating is a bad sign. If your pig is showing symptoms of a cold - sneezing or coughing, he/she needs to see a vet SOON. Pigs get pneumonia very quickly.
maby it needs a bath bring it to the place you got it from and get the things you need
no, it is not true. they got their name because guinea pigs are originally from Guinea which is in Europe somewhere.
Well this could be for many reasons. Like humans Guinea pigs have different personalities, some are just shy. One of my females never lets me hold her. Another reason could be her cage, a guinea pig who has a house or something to hid in is always going to be more shy. However having a house give your cavy a since of security.
I have two guinea pigs and they got in a fight. One of them got injured. I recommend you do what I did and separate them. It's your best bet.
Many domestic guinea pigs are too big for the average pet cat to eat. But be careful - some cats will certainly go for a baby guinea pig. I once had a cat that was an excellent ratter, killing rats quickly and eating them, and she also got in to my baby guinea-pigs and started carrying them off one by one.
not me not a lot since i got food poisoning from them and so did my friend. I am vegetarian
Probably water or another liquid dribbled down their chin and got it wet. It's no big deal. =)
Well it would probably be best if you got a guinea pig from a breeder or a petstore
Some dogs can get along with guinea pigs. Mine however would eat our guinea pigs if they got the chance.....
I would not recommend you to heal a guinea pig at home. You should bring your guinea pig to a local animal hospital. Healing a guinea pig alone can cause germs going into the guinea pig. That can be harmful for your pet.
