During warmer winters, it doesn't get much colder than 30 degrees Fahrenheit. During colder winters, it can get as low as 0 degrees Fahrenheit. I cannot remember a time when the temperature dipped below 0 degrees Fahrenheit, and I have lived in New York City all my life (26 years).
