It isn't difficult. Just like any large body of information, learning a lot of law is time consuming, but it is not difficult. If you take the time to learn how to research it, anyone with the time and patience can learn a good amount of law.

I was told by a member of the Va bar association that a felon does have the right to practice law in Va but you mus go before the board in order to be cleared to do so.
