Why do fat people smell like crap?
Not all fat people stink, and most do not smell enough to notice from a normal social distance. Fat people have so much extra skin that bacteria and mildew can build up in their fat folds and cause odor. Some smell so bad, people find it hard to be around them. There is little fat people can do to stop this, other than to lose weight, and they can really only hold it at bay with regular showers and baths. In extreme cases, a person can be so fat that they can not even reach in between their fat folds or other hard to reach areas of the human body.And so blind people can hate them too! (Joke.)

I feel that a lot of fat people are in denial. They think they're thin when in reality they're not. So they think they still look good in tight clothes.

It depends how you think about it. You vould be skinny, but jiggly. And you can be fat, but have a hard stomach. If you're attracted to fat people, I suppose you can say that jiggly is good. If you're attracted to skinny people, then I'm guessing that you like rock hard abs :)
