Its important to be active and healthy becauase if not you could end up with some serious sonsequences. Exercise and eating healthy is essential f you want to be healthy altogether and if you want to actually feel good. If you didn't stay active or eat healthy you could end up with serious diseases and problems, such as being obies , heart failure, lots of other serious disease and problems. Not being active could cause you to die at a younger age becaus eyour body does not have the nuttriion that it needs.
