Clients who are treated well will stay clients. Clients who are treated poorly will take their business some place else. Clients who are treated well will tell others about their experience. This may bring you more clients. Clients who are treated poorly will also tell others about their experiences. The people they tell will never be your customers. Most importantly though, the golden rule applies, even in the business world. Always try to treat others as you would like to be treated. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Good luck to you in your business endeavors and more importantly, in life.

∙ 13y agoIt is important to treat others with honesty, respect and consideration because Employees and Management must work as a team and sometimes they work very closely together. So being honest and respectful makes for a very effective team and the work runs much more smoothly. An individual should want to have the characteristics of being honest and respectful to anyone in the workplace whether they dislike someone. Each individual has the right to that respect and honesty.
