The purpose of a commode toilet is to allow a person who due to some disability can not use a regular toilet. Typically this is due to a mobility issue in the elderly.
With difficulty, I would imagine. After normally using toilet paper, I recommend using moist baby wipes to clean your anus after using a commode.
If the toilet works each time on one flush, they use roughly half the water of a standard toilet. You would then use half as much a month on the toilet. They do not always flush completely on the first flush and the toilet is only a part of the water bill.

At parts stores such as Advance Auto Parts, Checkers, etc. there is a solution called "a/c flush". If you have an a/c charge kit, you can use it with the a/c flush to install in the system. For best results undo each connection to blow out each section. After all this, be sure and replace all filters, "o" rings and the drier and use the freon oil mix to recharge. Good Luck!
