It's not that WikiAnswers contradicts itself, it's that WikiAnswers' users contradict each other. WikiAnswers is made up of individual contributors (users), and since everyone has their point of view and their way of knowledge and doing things around here, they tend to contradict each other.It's just two different people's ways of doing things, and sometimes they just happen to contradict each other.

WikiAnswers does not have to pay money for each question. Questions are asked by the site's users, and are free of charge.

Twitter users often message each other. This can be done by tweeting "@username", or via direct message. However, that does not mean that you will receive a message; ultimately, the answer to your question is just "possibly"
Who owns and authors the information on the website?
WikiAnswers owner Chris Whitten started the site (as FAQ Farm), but WikiAnswers is "authored" by its community of users. As WikiAnswers Contributors, we ask and answer each other's questions. You might say, "We the people of the Internet are the authors of this site." Most of the users of WikiAnswers are dedicated to building and improving the site.
Can people talk to each other on Pinterest?
Yes, users can message each other through private messaging on Pinterest. The feature is located on the upper right hand of the profile screen, in the shape of a thumb tack. A drop down will show a "Messages" tab, where you can send private messages to other users.

Why does WikiAnswers have message boards?
Purpose of the Message Boards WikiAnswers has two forms of message boards: 1) Question discussion boards, and 2) Personal message boards. The role of question discussion boards is fairly clear to regular users of the site. Sometimes you need to discuss how a question should be answered, or ask for clarification about what the question is asking, etc. It's very handy to have a space for this separate from the answer space, which is not intended to be interactive.Personal message boardsThe role of the personal message boards is more fuzzy. It's a softer community reason. We want to enable WikiAnswer contributors to discuss anything they want to discuss with each other (as opposed to the question discussion board, which is merely for discussing one specific Q&A). A personal board can be used for pretty much anything. Maybe you want to thank a person for all their great answers, or ask them about themselves, etc. It's the most (only!) free-form space for users of this site.
Who is the highest rated supervisor for WikiAnswers?
Supervisors do not receive ratings. Like all users, we receive contribution totals--which are constantly changing each day and each month.
What should you do if you are being cyberbullied on WikiAnswers?
WikiAnswers does not tolerate cyberbullying. It is a violation of the site's TOU - Terms of Use. If you are being bullied, report it. There are links on each question page and on your message board to "report abuse."
