These secular progressives are claiming it is a violation of the 1st Amendment yet they will teach the religion of atheist - Evolution and be more 'understanding' to non-christian religions.
One only needs to observe the quality of learning most students reflect today vis-a-vis those who graduated before 1972 and the moral character of these kids. Without a moral compass in school and homes, children will become lost.
Additionally:
Some might argue that it's an attempt to avoid the notion that the state might be sponsoring [in the state-sponsored schools] one religion over others and trying to control the worship of the people. [kind of a "separation of church and state" political football issue]
Others... less inclined to worship an invisible God, at all... might see it as "getting religion out of the way," so that the worship of the government and its programs might be better received by the people [placing their faith and trust in the government] without them recognizing what's happening.
Christianity is by far the most common taking up 91.6% and after that is Muslim taking up 1.9 %
Taking your question to mean that "which parts of Australia are Christian" there are no real divisions of Australia reliagion wise. All religions are widespread.according to the census 2007 63.9% of Australians claimed to be Christian's.
Only one- Roman Catholic Christianity. The Reformation which saw the beginnings of the Anglican Church was taking place at around the same time that the Sikh Guru Nanak was teaching.
There are a number of factors that influence the answer to this question, mainly: the country the school is located in and its laws, if the school receives government funding, and the type of Jewish school. Taking these factors into consideration, the answer is both yes and no.
The government hasn't exactly declared an official religion, but most of the population follows the Roman Catholic religion.
In Western Europe, Roman Catholic Christianity was the only religion accepted on a large scale. Judaism was little tolerated, and many Jews practiced in secret. Paganism was considered a heresy punishable by death and also had to be practiced in secret, as was any kind of non-Catholic Christianity. Islam was also considered a heresy, except in southern Spain and parts of Eastern Europe where the Muslims held political control. The Muslims tolerated Christianity and Judaism but had no tolerance for paganism. In Eastern Europe, Orthodox Christianity was as intolerant toward other religions as Catholicism was in Western Europe.
It is said to be the base of all religions. In 1200 BC the religion almost became extinct due to all of the other religions taking place.
Only countries participate in the Olympic Games (not religions), and the contestants themselves may come from any religious background. The contestants come from a very wide variety of countries in all continents so it is very possible that each of the main religions will be 'represented' so to speak at the Games in London this year. There may be minority religions, or branches of religions that are not present, however. It is highly likely, I would guess, that Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Judaism and Buddhism will all be represented. Celebrities are not always open about their religion in the sense that they do not consistently advertise it. Since I am not an expert on each of the athletes, I would say that it is impossible to tell exactly how many religions will partake in the 2012 Olympics.
There is a large list of sins in Christianity. The most severe sins are described in the Ten Commandments. The worst sins in Christianity are related to harming other people and taking possession of other people.

Islam and Christianity are both monotheistic religions. However the Christian religion does not identify Muhammad(s) as the last prophet or even a prophet. Islam recognizes Muhammad(s) as the last prophet and recognizes all the other God prophets that the bible recognizes, including Adam, Noah, Abraham, Isac, Moses, David, etc.In addition to the above:The two religions, Christianity and Islam, have in common all social values and principles of life. Both religions call for good deeds such as honesty, helping the poor, taking care of old people, to be nice and sympathetic with women and children, not spoiling the environment, to be kind with animals, not to kill without authority, not to steal, not to cheat, not to terrify the innocents, ... etc. These common social objectives of both religions should be acknowledged as important key to bring world societies to peace, love, and justice. In addition, both religions share same faiths that believe in God, Day of Judgment, Paradise&Hell, Angels, and prophets (although Christians not believing in all of them)
