why the radio shows no dj no CD ? because the laser is defective CD changer needs to be repair or replace good luck
Check owner's manual. There is no CD changer fuse it gets power from the radio if the radio is on, there is some other problem with the CD changer.
Your radio has to have an AUX in or be able to connect to a CD changer
Yes but it depends which one is fitted
Yes you can install this CD changer into a 2003 Silverado. It shouldn't be too hard to remove the standard radio and replace it with this.
Where is the cd changer fuse number and location in a 2003 e320 Mercedes.
The XA-10B is the CD Changer Magazine that holds 10-CD's. The Magazine goes into the Changer. You need the changer model number than look in google for the users manual.
Your best bet would be to find the CD changer the same as the brand of your radio. Such as Kenwood radio, get a kenwood CD changer. The factory CD changer will not work with most newer radios installed. And unless you like running wires to the back of your SUV it would save you lots of time to get another CD changer. That is what I did and it works just fine.
It sounds like you radio may be broke. I use to get an error message on mine. I would suggest that your take the radio out, and leave it unplugged for about 30 mins to 1 hour. Plug it back in and see what happens. If the problem continues, then you may need to have it repaired. I had a similar problem with my CD changer, and disconnected the positive battery cable for about a minute, which reset the radio/CD changer and corrected the problem.
Failure of the display on 2003 and later Accord radio/CD players is evidently common. Because it's a commonly known defect Honda should replace the radio free even if it's out of warranty. That's a VERY good thing because the radio/CD changer itself will apparently set you back about $800 just for the new part from Honda.
No it does not...it has an input for the optional CD Changer in the rear of the car.
I my 2003 it is accessed by the button under the radio
