They are good qualifications to have, valued by employers and universities. Also useful if you want to live/work abroad and good for when you go on holiday :)
you need at least two GCSE's in science (A-B) maths and English and possibly geography or physiology if you have a GCSE in languages that is even better
I'm no expert but languages have to be useful.
I am taking child developmenmt, and I dont think it is useful, unless you want to be a nurse or midwife, or something to do with pregnancies
computing/IT they would be very useful
If you want to be a doctor, you should take Geography for GCSE and not Drama.
You will have to check with your school, I know a student who did a polish gcse at my school.

Yes, you get bioligy, chemistry and physics, but it is a combined GCSE, it is good to take I did and came out with 2 A's
Because if you take GCSE you will have more opportunities to get in the university in Europe. But if you have the Change to do IGCSE then go for that its not that different but its a preferable side. :)
University's like it if you do a language at GCSE, but you shouldn't need it to be a lawyer.
In South and Central America, the most useful languages are Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. In North America the most useful languages are English, followed by Spanish and French
