Lip Stain is just lipstick based on water. So if you want something that won't come off easily you would want lipstain. But If you want something that easily comes off get lipstick.
You can use general carpet removal products you buy off the shelves at the store the better question is how do you get lipstick on the carpet!? By dropping a lipstick that bounced off the dressing table and onto the carpet. Needless to say the lipstick cap was off at the time.

well as far as i know , lipstick lasts longer coz always i put lipgloss on it comes of in no time coz its sticky and is sort of liquidy , as lipstick is something tht is dry so it stays on longer
If it's extended-wear lipstick you'll need makeup remover, or vaseline. Regular-wear lipstick can just be wiped off.
Lipstick dries. If its a good brand- and you kiss them it wont rub off.
