The thin ribbon cables (two of them) need both side cleaned. Since the ink is water based I suggest using a cloth dampened with water. Be careful not to pull the cables out of it's connector

The images I am printing are at a slant. I printed a donations log this morning and the entire grid was crooked. I also have tiny lines printing on every document and photo.
