It means your guinea pig is dirty. Give it a bath with special guinea pig shampoo. It gets rid of dandruff and it cleans all the dirt off too. Don't give your guinea pig a bath too much otherwise its skin will go all flakey and yucky. Give it a bath every 2 - 3 weeks depending on how dirty it is. If your guinea pig gets dirty a lot, clean its cage.

∙ 14y agoI have gerbils and when they are babies and they start to grow up, their fur changes color. Also, our older ones are starting to get grey patches of fur. Your hamster's fur is changing color because it is getting older.
