Or he/she still likes or love you and wants to test you to see how you react to it. i know lots of people that do that to test their exes in many ways. that's one of them. they want to see if you really care or your reactions. that's probably why. He/she really don't give a hell about the girl/guy he/she is with. Or if you don't like him/her and he/she still has feelings for you, they just want you to get jealous and come running for them again. or he/she wants you to think they were something good or that they are a playa. its many ways your ex could try and make you jealous.
