Nibbling food may look weird But it could be good for you. Nibbling makes you chew a lot so you saliva starts to produce. When you chew long your brain starts to think you are full. When eating food it takes about 20 minute to sent it to the brain. So if you are nibbling do not nibble fast. If you nibble you eat less food, it will take long to nibble but your brain gets that you are eating food so you get full faster. If you eat less food we will not waste that much food. The planet will have more food than before. So you eat less food and not become fat. So that is saving planet and your health. And thank you Diana for asking me this at school. She goes to Beatty in buena park! Thank her!:) Tell your friends to nibble and get healthy! P.S: Austin told me and then Diana so thank both for giving me ideas!:] dont for get! Diana Sims
