You can start on either end - carb or fuel tank. Look for: Stuck float in the carb Stuck needle and seat in the carb Fuel pump not working Fuel line kinked, broken, or plugged Fuel tank pickup blocked or broken off Not enough gas in the tank Unscrew the clamp holding the glass bowl to the fuel filter (under the engine), clean out filter and replace it, checking the seal is good
If it has a carb. on the inlet fuel line to carb.
threaded into the front of the carb. Follow the fuel line from the fuel pump to the carb.
You can see by syphoning some out or taking the fuel pump out and getting the fuel gauge working.
cause its throttle body injection theres no carb on it its probly your fuel pump is gone
There is no carb on a contour. All contours were fuel injected, so the fuel and air is mixed in the engine, the carb is not needed.
I believe that one is either screwed into the carb or is very near the carb on the fuel line. Mark
