Persecution is hard, simply because it is persecution. But it can be made far easier when self is dead and Jesus Christ lives and reigns in the heart. There is a joy to persecution, a joy of knowing that you are counted worthy to suffer for the sake of Jesus. A joy of knowing that your reward in heaven will be great. The Bible says that, "All who live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution". Are you living godly in Him? Yes.
