This is a more complicated question then it seems; it depends on what your health-wise goals are. Of course, ingredient-wise, there is little benefit from your average cheese Pizza. If youre trying to gain weight as an athlete, there is always benefit to calories from whole wheat, (or, a mix of different grains, etc.), and a low-fat cheese, as well as a little bit of protein from chicken as a topping. Honestly, its common sense. you should be able to figure it out. If you're some fat-ass spending youre free time in pizza-hut, you should grow a pair of balls, and develop the discipline to walk away from the pie. On the other hand, if you are a healthy, reasonable person, or especially an athlete, there are plenty of healthy pizza options.
