important question means important questions of liquids and gases
Polymorphism is an important principle in OOP; it would be hard to imagine OOP without it. It's a retooling of Motorheads "Ace of Spades"
The word for a factory that is changing could be transition, modernization, or retooling.

Because they wrote a pre-quel, and it basically sucked, so they gave up and started retooling the original to try to make it suck as much as their pre-quel does.
The semiconductor fab facilities were still set up for processing germanium and required significant retooling for the new processes needed for silicon. This took a few years.
There currently is no place to calculate the score. NIKE is "retooling" their website and took the SPARQ Calculator offline for now. Does not seem to be coming back up any time soon.
The 1920's were golden because everything was going well. WWI had just ended, factories were retooling for consumer goods (like cars), people were into having fun. This was all before the Great Depression, which started in 1929.
Two of the advantages of using fossil fuel include reliability and existing engines. Reliability is that they will produce energy once certain circumstances are in place, and most modern machines are tooled for fossil fuels. It would be an expensive retooling to accommodate an alternative fuel.
Unfortunately these are not interchangeable. The 1993 model was a complete retooling of the 626, a bad one at that....the 1991 had an excellent transmission, the 1993 through 1998 were all terrible. In theory, you could retrofit, but that would be expensive.

Changing to the SI has advantages for the United States in terms of a more integrated commerce with the rest of the world. Such a change also has disadvantages in terms of the costs of retooling and the fact that the population in general is unfamiliar with the SI and many are more comfortable with customary units. Whether it is better to go one way or the other is a matter of opinion and for each person will likely be based on how comortable with SI the person is and whether international commerce is more or less important to that perosn.
