You cannot really translate samosa into English because it doesn't really have a meaning, its just a name of a food.However, people still call it samosa in England and if you go and ask someone is a shop about samosas they would probably be very likely to know what a samosa is because samosas are sold in UK and still called samosas. BASICALLY IN ENGLISH THEY STILL CALL IT A SAMOSA BECAUSE IT IS JUST A NAME OF A FOOD. hope this helps!
