It is all a matter of attitude and experience. Under the right conditions, sex is one of life's great pleasures. Under the wrong conditions, it can be embarrassing and humiliating.
I think you probably went into your sexual experience with the expectation that sex is gross and disgusting. I suspect neither you or your partner have not had much sexual experience and perhaps what you have experienced was performed clumsily. Maybe you did it with a guy you really didn't like very much. I would suggest waiting awhile and mature a little bit more. Next time, find somebody you actually like and that actually likes you.
