When a turn signal is flashing faster, it generally indicates that one of the turnsignal bulbs are burnt out. Either the front or rear on the same side. Replacing the burnt out bulb should correct the issue. If both sides are flashing either too fast or two slow, then the flasher module is defective. (Or multiple bulbs are burned out, read above) The flasher can be replaced with a new one that should cost under $5-10 and is available at any auto parts store.
