Because - as usual - the human race continues its unstoppable march across this planet - with scant regard for the natural species already present in the area ! If humans weren't destroying their natural habitat - they wouldn't be endangered !
The only sure-fire solution - is to ban the importation of these large pythons into the states ! Remember - the only reason there's a 'problem' is because people bought them as babies, without doing any research into the breed and its upkeep - then simply released them into an alien country when they got too big, or too vicious to be kept as 'pets' !
Now - there's hundreds of them - especially in the Florida Everglades, because they've simply sought each other out, and bred in a semi-natural environment ! Shame on you america !
The Python is being hunted for snakeskin and food. Governments already declared a law, but people are against it, and are hunting it anyway. Its fat provides medicine, and it's edible.
You can recycle paper so it can lie in the tress, give money for finding a wady to save them, also join a club for helpig these snakes.
