Why is the Samsung a821 cheaper at dicksmith than at the telstra shop?

no idea i almost bought it from harvery Norman for $700 but at tandy's which is simlar to dicksmith i got it for $249!! wat a bargain, the downside to dicksmiths product is tht its black not silver whereas harvery normans product is silver which i tend to liked more. neways i fink its coz of the reimbursement of the phone .. like maybe dicksmith or tandy's couldn't sell the phone so Samsung gave some of the purchase money back to them to sell it at a cheaper price.
