The installation of a neon 'open' sign for a store can be as simple as mounting it to a window and plugging it in. But be careful! The neon sign is made from glass and is very fragile!
Most stores have an OPEN sign in their window -- it pays for itself because it encourages passersby to stop in. Likewise, online visitors to your web page are probably thinking about coming over and need to know if you're open or not. An online OPEN Sign will encourage them to phone or stop by, just like the OPEN sign in the window.

The proper place to put a percent sign in a range is as follows: 40-60% The percent sign is not used after both ranges (40 and 60) when ranges are used. However, when a percentage range is not being described, such as 40 percent, it is acceptable to place the percent sign immediately following the digits (60 percent; 60%), or a space may be used between the digits and the sign (60 %).
