It is not the church you belong to that determines if you go to heaven or not.

What determines if you go to heaven is that you believe what God has said about His Son Jesus Christ and have accepted Jesus as your personal Savior.

The best place to find what God has said about His Son, Jesus is in the four Gospels in the New Testament of the Holy Bible.

In short, Jesus Christ died on the cross of Calvary for your sin, He was buried and was resurrected the third day. All who believe in Him will be saved. Not just a head belief, but a heart belief.

Difference between catholic holy communion and Church of England communion?

The Church of England is a widespread church ranging from quite Catholic styles of worship through to Pentecostal-style evangelical services. The beliefs are enshrined in the 39 Articles of Faith - statements of belief that are scripture-based as opposed to coming from the Pope and from church authorities. The C of E celebrates the Holy Communion in a similar way to the Catholic mass - in fact the actual words of the service are very similar but most members of the C of E refuse to believe in the transubstantiation of the bread and wine into the body and blood of Christ, rather believing the act of taking the sacrament as a memorial.

Who are the church?

Believers make up the church. If you are a Christian, then WE are the church. There are many people who think that the church is only a building but the church is the body of Christ. The church is those who are the hands and feet of Jesus and those who reach out into their world to make a difference for the sake of the gospel. I think that the church is supposed to be made up of the difference makers and the ones who have passion about being a light in the dark world. Young and old alike make up the church. Many ethnicities make up the church. I am a part of the body of Christ. I and fellow believers who are also a part of the body of Christ make up the church. However, this is not to say that those who do not believe cannot be the church. They have an opened door to believe the word of God and to also become a part of the body of Christ, and in turn a part of the church.

Why was pagan worshipers of earth burned by the church?

They weren't burned by the church per se, rather they were burned by people who claimed to be Christian, and were in fact leaders of the physical representation of Christ's Church. The True Church is spiritual in nature, therefore does not kill temporal beings or spiritual ones. It is made up of believers who strive to follow God's commandments through faith in Christ, Who is Himself opposed to killing of any kind. Those who have ears, let them hear! Amen.

Doyle Lawson and Quicksilver lyrics to album 2000 just over in heaven?

Just over in HeavenA wonderful time is waiting ahead,Just beyond the beautiful sunset.I'm all fixed up, I'm ready to leave.Just over in heaven, you will find me.Chorus:Just over in heaven, you will find me,Walking on streets of gold forever is where I'll be,Shouting the praise of Christ, our Lord,Who freely died for you and me.Just over in heaven is where I'll be.In that great place of unending day,With the many loved ones forever to stay,We'll walk and talk and shout and sing,Just over in heaven with Christ, our king.Chorus: 2XEnding: Just over in heaven, you will find me!

Did the catholic religion start Christmas?

Yes, pretty much. When Rome fell in 410 AD and Charlemagne accepted the role of protector of the Church the Catholic Church was the only Christan church in Europe. The Catholic Church decided to replace the pagan rituals with Christan ones so they used the days that were all ready celebrated by pagans and made them Christian. Christmas was one of these days. It was the Winter solace for pagans so the Catholic Church made it Christ Mass. Christ Mass was celebrated with 3 masses and a dinner.

What did Martin Luther believe was wrong with the Roman Catholic Church when he wrote this?

There were many things that he didn't like. One was that no one outside of the clergy could read the Bible. It wasn't in German. It was mostly Latin. So he translated it into German so the common people could understand it and read it by themselves. Another big thing was that the Catholic Church had indulgences. They told people that the only way for their deceased loved ones to get out of purgatory and into Heaven was to pay money. Luther said that that was wrong and the only way into Heaven was faith in Jesus Christ. These are just two but you could google it and find out many other things he didn't like about the Roman Catholic Church.
