The circulatory system transports almost everything in the human body.

Oxygen from the lungs is pumped in the blood to the heart, which then pumps that blood throughout the entire body. Nutrients are absorbed through capillaries near the small intestine, and are also transported throughout the body. Cells in every part of the body are fed nutrients, and supplied with oxygen through the circulatory system. Cells then transfer their waste - CO2 and other substances like urea into the blood (which technically floats in the plasma...) and those are taken to the waste organs (liver, kidneys).

Basically, the blood brings everything, everywhere.
