One possibility is excessive refrigerant in the system.
can you block the high side on the ac on a car to stop a leak
High side and low side refer to the pressure in the ac system. Ie The high side is the high pressure line and low side is the low pressure line.
The high pressure side.
The low side will be on the accumulator and the high side will be on the discharge line.....
The low pressure side of the ac system is the ac hose that runs from the inside of the vehicle to the ac compressor. The high pressure side runs from the ac compressor to the condensor in front of the radiator. Follow the ac hose from the compressor back to the body and you will find the charge fitting. It is smaller in diameter than the high pressure side. You would need a different adapter to hook up to the high side.
Put your blue hose which is your low side to the low and red which is high to high ac then read your gadges
the low side of your ac system is the big of the two, the other is the high side, big one has the blue top and the high has the red one.
blue to low side and red to high side
300psi high side and 80psi low side
Excessive refrigerant charge, or (less likely) a blockage or kink in the high side piping.
it's in the high pressure side of the ac line
high side would be hose that is the smallest and low side port is the bigger one
