I think maybe it might just be which comics you have been exposed to. There really aren't that many green characters in ratio to how many Marvel comics there are. Just some better known non-green characters are Nightcrawler, Mystique, Beast, Spiderman, Wolverine, Iceman, Doc Oc, Dare Devil, Elektra, and Storm.
The Hulk is green because of a gamma radiation experiment gone wrong that transformed Bruce Banner into the green-skinned, powerful creature known as the Hulk. In the comics, the character was originally gray, but due to printing issues, he was changed to green. Green was chosen as it was thought to have a more visually appealing contrast to other characters.
when hulk get really really mad he be comes red hulk there's your answer
-That's not true, they are two separate people. Bruce Banner is the Green Hulk, Thunderbolt Ross is the Red Hulk. The two biggest differences are that Red Hulk does not lose control of his mental stability, he is a rather smart and cunning opponent. Also as his anger grows, he is able to emit flames.
The Hulk is green because he was exposed to gamma radiation.
