Answer The nuclear bomb not only causes destruction but it makes the area radioactive. Depending on the amount of radiation used and exposed to an area, the target area would have to be evacuated for 70 years or more. No. The more countries that have it the higher the chances that one leader or general will get desperate enough to use it.
