I thought that the polar bears fur was a good insulator in water because how else would it be able to swim in the freezing temperatures of the Arctic Ocean?
polar bears sleep by digging holes in the snow and sleepig in it. the snow that builds up on top of them keeps them acts as a sort of blanket. snow is actually a very good insulator and thus keeps them warm
Blubber helps many animals, including whales, polar bears etc. keep warm, it also provides a good candle-wax and easy insulator.
that is a subjective question, but these are things that polar bears are good at:swimmingfishing
the winter is not good for the polar bears because they find their prey less in the winter.
No, polar bears have lungs just like humans and other mammals. Polar bears can hold their breath for several minutes at a time, but they have to come up to breath frequently.

The polar bear can jump right in the icey water and catch a fish, his long claws help him hold on to said fish, and to walk on the ice.
Distilled water is not a good insulator as it still contains some ions that can conduct electricity. It has a low conductivity compared to tap water but is not a perfect insulator.
They are good at hunting protecting their babys and fighting for their baby
because they like to sniff
