The author, John Flanagan, is Australian and therefore the books are released in Australia first.
It is already out.
Yes it is available in the US.
Book 6 has already come out.
Book 10 in the Ranger's Apprentice series comes out April 19th 2011.
Well, this series didn't catch on in the US until late(r). Since the books started out in Australia, the US had to go through the whole editing (well, maybe some editing) and publishing process. That took time. John Flannagan, meanwhile, was still writing the books in Australia. But the US is catching up, so I'm not too worried. But if you really want them, like I do, just order them from Australia. I got the 9th book that way. :)
I don't know, but you can buy the Australian version of it on Amazon.
Yes, it's just that some of the spellings are changed to the American version.

It's actually out right now. But on his web site (http://www.rangersapprentice.com/) he says that it will be out sometime in the spring of 09.
Actually the books 1-9 are already out.
The original Power Rangers was the Japanese anime/manga Super Sentai, but Power Rangers as the US kid knows it is Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers from 1991-1994. The original didn't actually get the green ranger until later on in the original series, so you will not be seeing Tommy Oliver until the third year of the original series...
