Those who were disfellowshipped and suspended by this church are those who are not accepting correction. This church is very much strict when it comes to following The Bible's teachings. They would try to talk to the concerned member, but if that member is stubborn and won't allow the ministers to correct him, they have no choice but to suspend him so he wouldn't influence other members.
As for reaching out to other Christians to join them, they do not do that. It's the person's choice. What they just do is teach the truth about the Bible, and it's up to the person if he will believe it or not.
What wrong with most people is, they judge personalities. They do not look into the teachings. They look for personalities. No one is perfect. We're all sinners. But we must look into the fruits of the Church as well.
I have heard of an incident of a member being suspended for not attending the 8 day feast of the church. Poor guy he was suspended after explaining his reason and nobody discuss it with him afterwards. He was suspended for a year. Imagine he missed an 8 day occasion and then he was punished for a year, which means he will miss their most beloved Saturday Congregation (How many in a year?) and the other holidays that they most endear. So where is the logic there? It's okay to miss a year of worship but not just the 8 day feast?
Because it's really all about the money, a spiritual leader only cares for people so far as they can line his pockets.
How can I get my service restored
Perhaps the most important thing that Constantine did for Christians was to declare religious tolerance, thus allowing Christians (and others) to worship openly. He also gave the main Christian Church of his time state patronage, making it socially and politically desirable for some, to become Christians. He convened and chaired the Christian Council of Nicaea in 325.

If ONLY your voting rights have been restored, you can't buy a handgun. If ALL your rights were restored, or if your gun rights were restored, yes.
It is said that Paul, a persecutor of the early Christians, had a vision on the Damascus Road, was temporarily blinded, and when his vision was restored, he "saw the truth" and became one of early Christianity's most avid supporters.
