Without the Skeletal system the body would be unable to support itself. Your organs would crush each other and you actually wouldn't even survive birth. There are too many things that would make it impossible to live to list.

Well, without a skeletal system, you'd be a noodle of muscle and skin. Literally. No muscular system, you wouldn't be able to move at all because you would only have nerves, skin, organs, a brain, and a heart. You'd pretty much be totally paralyzed.
