There is no such thing as a Jewish flag.
The State of Israel has Israeli national symbols such as a flag that draw from Jewish inspirations. It is very similar to how there is no such thing as a Lutheran flag, but the cross on the Swedish flag is representative of how Lutheranism is the dominant religion in that country. The Star on the Israeli flag is a strong symbol of Judaism. In Judaism, the Star represents the unity of the Jewish people.
The Jewish star also known as the Shield of David (Magen David in Hebrew) is the recognized symbol of Jewish identity and Judaism. The Star of David is also used on the Israeli flag as the countries symbol.
There is a lot of back and forth on why the symbol came to have this meaning - there are several thousand years of non-written history to deal with. It could be as simple as a family crest using the letters of a tribe's name in some early version of the Hebrew alphabet. The mathematically inclined even suggest that the Star of David is a two dimensional representation of of a three dimensional tetratetrahedron, made up of eight interlocking equilateral triangles.
Earlier representations relate the Star of David to Babylonian symbols and the Seal of Solmon.
The story appears in Mathew's Gospel, Ch.2:
1 Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem,
2 Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.
The wise men who saw his star knew what it meant - it was a guide to them to the place where Jesus was born -
9 When they had heard the king, they departed; and, lo, the star, which they saw in the east, went before them, till it came and stood over where the young child was.
10 When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy.
There is no record of this star in The Bible, before or since that i know of, so I presume its meaning was only for the wise men and to show us God's eternal wisdom and love.
The Star of David doesn't mean anything. It is a symbol of King David.
Judaism's symbol represents David's Star.
The Star of David.
This is the Star of David, a symbol of that house at the time.
The six pointed Star of David is a symbol of Judaism.
The symbol most associated with Judaism is not a moon. It is the six-pointed Star of David.
The Star of David (Magen David) has origins in Judaism and Judean culture that predate the Freemasons and their organization as a movement. Therefore, the Star of David is not an endemic Masonic Symbol in the way that the Trowel is an endemic Masonic Symbol. However, while the Star of David has a very clear meaning in Judaism and very clear origins in Judaism, the origins and applications of the Star of David in Masonic circles are shrouded in mystery.

No religious symbol for Islam religion as the Cross in Christianity or David Star in Judaism.
There is no Islamic symbol as the cross in Christianity or David star in Judaism. Some claim that it is the moon and star which is not true.
The most widely recognized symbol for Judaism is the star of David, a 6-pointed star made from two identical overlapping equilateral triangles one turned 60 degrees from the other. That symbol is also the youngest symbol of Judaism; many cultures have used the 6-pointed star for various purposes, and it only became a specifically Jewish symbol after the middle ages. The Menorah (7-branched candlestick) is the oldest specifically Jewish symbol.
No, although the Menorah is the oldest existing symbol of Judaism! The national emblem both of Judaism and of Israel is the Magen David - or Star Of David. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
