since India has a 30 longitudes' distance it beings a 120 minutes' distance from west to east of India.

each gap between longitudes have a four minutes' distance between them. therefore the time gap from the east most longitude to the west most longitude is 30 multiplied by 4, that is, 120 minutes, which is 2 hours.

Due to great longitudnal extend of about 29 degree there could be a wide difference in local time of place located at 2 extreme parts of india of such the defrence between those 2 points would be of about 2 hours .As the local time changes by four minutes every one degree of longitude, the sun rises two hours earlier in the east than in the west

Because they are seperated countries, not every country has the same light at the moment as others, for example, if Canada is facing the sun at the moment, it'll get the most like where on the other hand, Croatia is on the opposite side of the world so it doesn't have as much light. So really, we need to make a time that is I guess you could say equivalent. Something like this.

Due to their longitudes and the speed with which the earth rotates, that is the difference between the times when the sun is at its highest point in the sky each day as seen from the two areas.

this depends on the country that you live in : in Canada from East to West is 4 1/2 hours, in the USA it is 3 hours, most countries in Europe have the same time zone.
