Appears that your "Nut Kit" has taken its toll. The fuel feed on that bank has been feeding into the plenum and not out to the injectors due to a break in the line. You will need to replace the Kit, both sides since you will have it open at this time. Check the fuel regulator as long as your in there and if need be replace as well. This is some what a common problem with this fuel delivery system.

I have a 95 blazer with a v6 vortec and there are 2 sensor on mine. 1 before the catalitic converter and 1 after it. Both are the same part number. They are easy to replace yourself but anywhere from $46.00 to $79.00 depinding on where you get them from. Good luck.
That would be the 1st spark plug up front in the passenger side head.
To set the timing gears on a 1997 Chevy Blazer 4.3L V6 Vortec, first ensure the engine is at top dead center (TDC) on the compression stroke for cylinder number one. Align the timing mark on the crankshaft gear with the mark on the timing cover. Next, position the camshaft gear so that its timing mark aligns with the mark on the camshaft. Finally, double-check the alignment before reassembling and tensioning the timing chain or belt.
That would be the 4L60E transmission.
That would be the 3ed spark plug from the front on the drivers side head.
