Usually that's a sign of a bad master switch, bad ground, or a broken wire in the hinge area of the door
Put both windows down to their stops, then simulataneously bring both windows up to their stops. This should normalize the window function.
both my rear power windows does not work in my 2002 ford explorer, why?
Could be a fuse if both stopped working. or a wire ,both windows are hooked up to same wire.
Because the master control on the drivers door has separate areas for all windows. Start by checking power feeds at the drivers door switch.
the power windows fuse is fuse 14 the panel says back up lights but its also for the power windows
hybrid vehicles run on both an electric motor and gas motor ... electric car run of a power cell the is charged by pulling it to an electric out let and or power box
yes
Since both windows on the front of the caravan do not work it is a common power issue. Check the window fuse and relays first, to see where the power loss is.
you need to check the switches first. if not that, it is the power window motor .
If both problems showed up at the same time, it may be that both the power windows and the heater fan are on the same circuit. I would check the various fuses to see if one has blown.
its one of these but my full schematic set shows on power windows this year. this circuit uses a door lock circuit breaker , in fuse box. 30amp fuse, will be obivious. says left dash. this fuse runs windows and door locks both. so if both functions are dead, bingo, on fuse.
it has 2 relays under the hood, 4 un der the steering wheel where the fuse box also is, and 2 in both front doors if you have electric windows and ciggy lighters
