The heat from the city (traffic, industries, buildings that absorb heat from the sun) will keep the air warmer in a city than in a meadow. A meadow is out in the open where the air will have a tendency to cool quicker.

In a meadow, there would be a lot less pollution. The black tar in pavement attracts and absorbs heat, making the temperature in the city hotter. Another reason that a city would be hotter than a meadow is the tall buildings that also trap heat in the city.

Are u in my science class? I was just doing this exact question! I think it is because cities have a higher temperature so they absorb more water from the soil. The main point is that city parks are sustained, so they are constantly being watered, which means more moisture to be evaporated!
Why is the wind velocity at ground level differs in the citypark compared to a meadow?
A city park is a patch of green surrounded by sea of asphalt and cement. Air over cement should be dryer and that would draw out moisture from the air over the park.
there is more biodiversity in a meadow because everything is left loose. this meaning pests arnt killed with pesticides, grass is not cut, there is not human activity, etc
Evaporation is a more common process.
Evaporation takes place at the surface of a liquid. (There is an article about evaporation on Wikipedia that may be helpful if you have any more questions about evaporation.) ~KKMG1
Evaporation has more to do with chemistry, but it could be used in physics possibly.

The water evaporation rate is much higher in the city (10L/day) than in a meadow (3.5L/day) because the plants in the artificial city parks are constantly watered by humans to maintain the plants' beauty, growth, and health.
The area of Elk Meadow Park is 4,613,416.321536 square meters.

Playground, meadow, plaza.
flushing meadow park
From the Latin word pratum meaning "meadow."
the meadow scene was filmed in Carver Park,Portland,Oregon-It lies approximately 45 minutes southeast of Portland.
The meadow because it is a vegetated field in which cattle, sheep or goats can be, and foxes can hunt there.
you type the code the go to the meadow zone

In experiments it is important to control all the variables. For example if you are measuring temperature and you go to the park in the summer and in the morning you will get a higher measurement than if you go to the meadow in the evening in winter - this is not because the meadow is actually colder than the city park. Your results will not be precise. The main point is that taking them at the same time and day will make the experiment fairer.
