Yes, if you're moving at the same speed as the object. Relative to you, the object will have zero kinetic energy.

For instance, your computer monitor has zero kinetic energy relative to you. However, relative to the Sun, you're both moving at over 67,000 mph, which equates to a LOT of kinetic energy!

There's no gravity in space there for no kinetic energy.

There is gravity in space! How do you think the Earth stays in orbit?

And kinetic energy is E=1/2mv2 so if something is moving it has KE

0 Kelvin is called the Absolute Zero because it is just that; a temperature at which heat is almost not there at all. The molecules do not have enough heat energy to convert it into kinetic energy by moving around.

However do note that the electrons in the atoms will still retain their energy levels and keep moving around their nucli. The molecules however require more energy which is not available at 0 Kelvin. Therefore, they do not move.

If there is no motion then there is no kinetic energy because kinetic energy is the energy of motion.

if there is energy being stored then it is potential energy.

Why the kinetic energy is zero for object falling towards Earth from space?

It isn't. Kinetic energy is 1/2 x mass x speed squared, so if an object has mass, and it moves, it follows that it has kinetic energy.

The kinetic energy of a substance is the what kinetic energy of its particles?

The kinetic energy of a substance is the average kinetic energy of its particles.

What is the kinetic energy of a substance and the kinetic energy of its particles?

The kinetic energy of a substance is the total energy associated with the movement of all its particles. The kinetic energy of individual particles is the energy due to their motion. The two are related, as the total kinetic energy of a substance is the sum of the kinetic energies of all its particles.
