Well your computer should ask you if you want to download a language pack - most languages can be done by downloading a language pack onto your computer (if your computer doesnt ask you, download one off the internet) and if it is a language that cant be done by using a language pack, then you can buy CD's with special language packs in them from your nearest electronics store.
