Turn signal flasher relay is located on the driver side, passenger side of steering column, mounted behind instrument panel. Hazard Flasher Relay is located Front seating area, center, under dash, center dash brace, mounted in convenience center.
IS this a difficult question to answer?
I was told TODAY that the emergency flasher is the same as the turn signal flasher.
Generally speaking the flasher unit is on the fuse box.
I found the flasher under the dash on the drivers side directly above the left foot area. It is very difficult to remove and even more difficult to install. I removed the flasher with a long flat tip screw driver. I installed the new flasher with two long necked socket hand drivers using the drivers to position the flasher then prying with the drivers to set the flasher in place. Good luck!!
exactly where is the flasher relay
the flasher is locatred inside the dashboard pannel in a metal csing.. its quite difficult to reach tough Just look for the guy wearing a trenchcoat. He's the flasher.
See the answer to the flasher question below. I believe it's a circuit breaker and on the same block as the flasher.
cmon ladies, answer the question
The question is for a 1997 sonoma however the answer refers to a 1994 sonoma, and after trying this on my 1997 sonoma with no luck I found the answer under "Where is the flasher unit on a 1997 Chevy S10?" which is exactly where I found the flasher units for my 1997 sonoma and it was indeed the right flasher unit which was for the signal.AnswerI have a 94 Sonoma and to locate the turn signal flasher, inside, under dash, on left side is a plastic sound protector, mine had 3 screws holding it up, drop this down and straight in you will see a 1" round thing - this is the flasher, pull it out and replace with new one (there are two flat prongs that plug in). It appears this is a well guarded secret!
Yes you can replace a bike flasher with a car flasher . I priced the flasher from Honda dealer they want $80.00 plus tax for it I bought a standard car flasher for $4.79 plus tax and it worked. (flasher must be three prong - Prt.#550 12 volt 20-1036-2 from Can. Tire.) I answered my own question by trying it and it worked.
Been waiting for the above question is there anyone out there that could answer my question PLEASE !
Depends on the vehicle in question. Some vehicle use only one flasher relay for both the turn signals and the hazard lights. Others use a seperate relay for each one.
