What is the most confusing sentence?

The most confusing sentence in the world is: I am a liar. This is confusing. The person is telling us he is a liar, which means he's telling the truth about being a liar. Well, liars dont tell the truth, which means he's not a liar. If this is false, he's lying, but since he's truthful he can't lie. I know, it's confusing. It took me a few times to think it over. Think about it!
