Yes and No. Yes because when the government fials to enforce the law citizens must be able to act towards self preservation. No because vigilantism leads to more violence and instability becuause it ignores human rights and set laws. ==CJ 92== The best thing to do is sort the government out, if that fails then vigilantism is justified.
