Well Every Where On Our Bodie Can Build IP Bacteria Or Dirt So I Will Be Dirty Or Get To Oily (in that case Caucasian People) or (dry out in a black persons case) shampoo basically cleans our hair and conditioners say it all it conditions our hair feeding it the things it needs to stay strong and healthy!
