The images I am printing are at a slant. I printed a donations log this morning and the entire grid was crooked. I also have tiny lines printing on every document and photo. These little lines are in a pattern and go all the way across every page.
Up to this point I have been more than happy with my printer and I'd really like to resolve this.

The thin ribbon cables (two of them) need both side cleaned. Since the ink is water based I suggest using a cloth dampened with water. Be careful not to pull the cables out of it's connector
